- 1 cup of ragi flour
- ½ teaspoon of mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- ½ teaspoon of channa dal
- ½ teaspoon of urad dal
- A pinch of turmeric
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- A few curry leaves
- 1 chopped coriander leaves
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Process:
In a pan, heat a teaspoon of oil. Next, add the Ragi flour (1 cup) and sort till you attain a roasted aroma. Then, keep it aside. Leave it to boil for ten minutes. In a pan, heat the coconut oil and to it, add the tempering ingredients. Allow it to splutter and then add it to this soup. Finally, add the milk along with Ragi flour dissolved in the plain water. Allow it to simmer for ten minutes and garnish with chopped coriander. Finally, serve hot.
Ragi Idli
