Deep Breathing Health Benefits
Deep breathing is the expansion of the abdomen and not the chest when breathing; it is a way of slowly breathing in oxygen which leads to the expansion of the belly. Many use it to calm down their nerve or anxiety, even hyperventilation.
It’s among the most important physical functions our bodies perform. We do it about 20,000 times a day. And still, somehow, most of us get it wrong. “If I had to limit my advice on healthier living to just one tip, it would be to learn to breathe correctly,” says Andrew Weil, MD, a well-known pioneer in the field of integrative medicine
These are just little of the major health benefit of deep breathing, there are so many benefits attributed to deep breathing and for those who understand the healthy benefit of deep breathing, they have continued using it to improve their health problem. No wonder people from the Asian countries enjoy it and it is being applied to yoga and the rest of the physical activities emanating from that part of the continent.

According to Wikipedia; “Asthmatics can find many benefits from deep breathing exercises. They can be used to help ease the discomfort of mild asthma attacks. Also, people who have suffered long-term asthma have a tendency to breathe in light shallow breaths. Regular intervals of deep breathing exercises can help to retrain and strengthen tired lungs”
To effectively do deep breathing, is it better not to put on anything that tightens your body, you will have to lose your belt, pull your tight jean and allow your body to be free so that you can maximally benefit from it. Now take a long deep breath and make sure you inhale through the nose. It is best to perform these breaths as long, slow intakes of air allowing the body to absorb all of the inhaled oxygen while simultaneously relaxing the breathe
