Hi Temilola,

Informative post indeed 🙂

Oh yes…asthma can be pretty bad if we don’t know how to handle it, especially when someone gets a real bad asthmatic attack.

I have a few relatives who suffer from asthma, and it normally comes up when the pollen’s are all over. I see them using the inhaler so often and feeling uncomfortable if they don’t carry it with them on certain days. I’d love to forward this post to them so that they can look up the symptoms and try to keep away from it – if possible.

Thanks for sharing. Have a nice week ahead 🙂

Hi Temilola,

You have successfully covered so much in this article about asthma. My mother has it and it can be a frightful thing to see her going through.
But the good news is that it can be controlled. I love the list you have given about coping with asthma. There is so much that someone’s home can cause an attack.
Prevention is one of the things we lived with and it made a wold of difference.

Thanks for this helpful article.
